Pre-Plant

Soil Preparation

Soil Type Bio-Basics 8-2-4
Poor 50 lbs/1000 sf 30 lbs/1000 sf
Fair 35 lbs/1000 sf 30 lbs/1000 sf
Good 20 lbs/1000 sf 30 lbs/1000 sf

With variances in soil types, it is advised to take soil samples for testing to determine if there are conditions which might affect plant growth. Tests should be taken before soil preparation begins for better analysis results.

Incorporating the product into the soil always produces a better effect than over the top feeding. Rototilling to a depth of 6 inches is advised. If soils are in the good category, incorporation at 2-4 inches should be sufficient.
